In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address notifications of copyright infringement alleged to occur through our services when these claims are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the sample notification below.

If you are the owner of a copyright, are authorized to act on someone else's behalf, or have the rights to enforce any exclusive copyright privileges, please report any suspected copyright infringements happening on or through our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and submitting it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving the Notice as specified herein, we will take any necessary actions, at our discretion, such as removing the disputed content from the Site.

• 1. Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if several works are included in this Notice, provide a representative list of those works.
• 2. Specify the material or URL you believe is infringing (or associated with infringing activity) and that you are requesting to be disabled, including at a minimum, the applicable URL as displayed on the Site or the precise location where such material is located.
• 3. Provide your company name (if relevant), mailing address, telephone number, and, where available, your email address.
• 4. Include both of the following assertions in the body of the Notice:
• * "I affirm that I have a sincere belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material has not been approved by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., under fair use)."
• * "I affirm that the details provided in this Notice are accurate and, under the penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner of the copyright or an exclusive right under the copyright that is in question."
• 5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or handwritten signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face liability.

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was blocked) and it is not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright holder, their agent, or are legally permitted to use the content, you may send a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the material that has been taken down or to which access has been restricted and the location where it was visible prior to removal or restriction;
• 3. A declaration that you have a sincere belief that the content was removed or restricted due to a mistake or misidentification of the material;
• 4. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement agreeing to accept service of process from the individual who notified you of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by our Designated Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of it to the original complaining party, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a court action against the content provider or user, the content might be restored or access re-enabled within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our discretion.

In accordance with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have established a policy for terminating, in suitable situations and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there has been repeated infringement.
